Having gone through this journey myself over the years when trying to get fit for anything from show jumping to my bikini bod, I feel I’ve now got the perfect formula to help women like myself who have previously struggled to lose weight, or lose weight and keep it off!

Group training varies on a month by month basis. These are a table of my online classes. Get signed up to our monthly packages to get involved. Live classes and recordings are available giving you the choice to get involved at a convenient time for you.
