I’m Shannon, I have been a PT for 6 years now and I love it!
I started in the industry in 2015, I became a PT as fitness and keeping active has always been something I have been good at and enjoyed.
I’d like to think I’m not your typical PT who lives in the weights area, I love all different types of training from strength work, exercises classes, running and getting out on walks.
I am a female only PT as I have the knowledge, experiences and understanding to communicate better with females on how their bodies work. This does not mean that any of my online plans are not suitable for males as they are designed to get anybody moving and seeing results.
I don’t have a six pack (hats off to anyone who does) but I do have a great understanding of fitness and nutrition to help you reach a goal that is manageable and maintainable whilst still enjoying life!!

Personal training is 1-2-1 face to face sessions where I am based at Manchester Moston Puregym. Here I will plan and guide you through your sessions working towards your goals whether it be to lose weight, build your strength, build confidence around the gym and have someone to be accountable to.
Group training again will take place at Manchester Moston Puregym in small groups of 4. Group training is a chance to work with like-minded people working towards your set goals.
To start in May 2021.
